Premises Liability Searching Now Available!

On May 1, 2011, Premises Liability searching subscriptions became available to Georgia attorneys. Like the Motor Vehicle Accident database, the Basic search screen allows you to search by injury and venue; in Premises, you're also able to search by Incident (e.g. Slip and Fall, Robbery, etc.) and Type of Location (e.g. Retail Store, Apartment Complex).  The Advanced screen includes Premises Liability related searches like "Liability Issues" and "Causes of Action Plead", as well as searching on "Motions for Summary Judgment." Below are a number of screenshots from the new database showing you exactly what the user interface looks like:

For those of you who already have a subscription to the Motor Vehicle Accident database, you'll be able to obtain a full subscription to our Premises Liability database at a discount of 50%.
